The importance of eating well as a rower.
Do you believe that eating the right kind of food, how you eat and when you eat can increase your performance? If you want to become an elite rower you need of course good genes, good training and conditioning, rest and a very sensible diet. If you are “serious” about becoming a good rower I am sure you would pay attention to your diet as well as how you train and all the other bits that are required.

Incidental Exercise for your health & fitness.
Your boat is a little lower in the water now than it was at the end of last season. How did this happen? How are you going to find the time to fit in the extra exercise required to shift those winter kilos? A little bit more movement hear and there can make a surprising difference to not only your weight loss, but your general fitness too.
